Reception Rental fee includes 4 hours of event time and the use of existing furniture. An additional hour of event time is available for $300. A beverage minimum may apply.

Champagne Patio (Additional Charge)
Monday – Sunday ($200/hour) with a minimum of 4 hour rental up to 8 hour. An elegant portable beverage bar (which can be customized with your special message or logo) is available for an additional charge.
Ceremony Fee ($750) for wedding ceremony prior to reception.
12 hour access to space (includes setup and cleanup time)
4 hours of event time (an additional hour of event time is available for an additional charge)
Use of existing furniture, including tables and chairs (up to 100 guests (depending on seating plan), and up to 250 seated with modern non-traditional reception)
